How to Complete the xx789 Register Process
Four steps from an empty screen to a funded account with a live bonus. Each step takes under two minutes.
-
1
Fill in the Registration Form
Enter your 11-digit Bangladesh phone number (the one linked to your bKash or Nagad account), choose a password of at least 8 characters, and confirm it. If a friend shared a referral code with you, paste it into the optional referral field. Tick the 18+ checkbox and press "Register Now."
-
2
Log In and Go to Deposit
Your account is live immediately. Use the xx789 login page or stay on the confirmation screen and tap "Deposit Now." Choose your preferred payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bank Transfer. Enter a minimum of ৳100 to unlock the welcome bonus.
-
3
Verify Your Identity (KYC)
Before requesting any withdrawal, upload a clear photo of your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence via the My Account → KYC section. KYC review takes up to 6 hours. You can continue playing while it is being reviewed — this step does not block deposits or gameplay.

4
Play and Withdraw
Once KYC is approved, your first withdrawal is available. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,400. Standard withdrawals arrive in 29 minutes. The daily limit is ৳125,000. Check the Withdrawal & KYC guide for step-by-step instructions on your first payout request.
What the xx789 Register Form Asks For
The form has only four fields. Here is exactly what each one requires so you have no surprises mid-way through registration.
| Field | Requirement | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Phone Number | 11-digit BD mobile number (01X-XXXXXXXX) | This is your login ID. Use the number linked to your mobile banking account. You cannot change it later without contacting support. |
| Password | Minimum 8 characters; mix of letters and numbers recommended | A strong password protects your balance. Avoid using your phone number or birth year as a password. Do not share it with anyone. |
| Confirm Password | Must match the password field exactly | A typo here is the most common reason the form fails to submit. The field is case-sensitive — check Caps Lock if you get a mismatch error. |
| Referral Code | Optional — alphanumeric code from an existing member | Enter it only if a friend shared one with you. It cannot be added after registration. Both you and your friend receive the referral reward of ৳575 after your first deposit. |
| Terms Checkbox | Must be ticked to submit | Confirms you are 18 or older and have read the Terms & Conditions. The button stays inactive until this is checked. This is a legal requirement for all players in Bangladesh. |
Why Is My Registration Not Going Through?
Most registration failures have a simple fix. Check the table below first before contacting live chat.
| Error Message / Symptom | Likely Cause | How to Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Phone number already registered" | You (or someone else) already opened an account with this number | Go to xx789 Login and use the "Forgot Password" option. If you did not create the account, contact 24/7 live chat immediately to secure your number. |
| "Passwords do not match" | Caps Lock is on, or a typo in one of the password fields | Clear both password fields and retype. Check that Caps Lock is off. The password field is case-sensitive — "Password1" and "password1" are treated as different values. |
| Register button stays greyed out | The Terms & Conditions checkbox is not ticked, or a required field is empty | Scroll through the form and make sure every required field (marked with a red asterisk) has a value and that the 18+ checkbox is ticked. The button activates only when all conditions are met. |
| Page keeps refreshing or throwing a network error | Unstable mobile data or browser cache issue | Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa). Try clearing your browser cache or open the page in a private/incognito window. Alternatively, download the xx789 app for a more stable connection. |
| "Invalid phone number format" | Number entered with country code (+88) or spaces | Enter only the 11-digit number without any prefix. Example: enter 01812345678, not +8801812345678 or 0181-234-5678. Do not include dashes, spaces, or plus signs. |
Still stuck? xx789 offers 24/7 live chat support. The typical response time is under 2 minutes.
Things Players Ask Before Filling in the Form
01 Do I need to verify my phone number by SMS during registration?
No. xx789 does not send an SMS verification code during the registration process. Your account is activated the moment you submit the form. Phone verification only becomes relevant if you ever contact support to recover your account — they use your registered phone number to confirm your identity at that point.
02 Can I open more than one account with different phone numbers?
No. xx789 allows one account per person. Opening multiple accounts — even with different phone numbers — is a breach of the Terms & Conditions and can lead to account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balances. If you need to change your registered number, contact live chat with your KYC documents ready.
03 How long does it take for the welcome bonus to appear in my account?
Once your deposit is confirmed — which typically takes 4 minutes with bKash or Nagad — the 125% welcome bonus is credited to your bonus wallet automatically. You do not need to enter a promo code. If the bonus is not showing after 10 minutes, check the Bonus section in your account or open a live chat session.
04 I forgot my password right after registering — what do I do?
Go to the xx789 login page and tap "Forgot Password." Enter your registered phone number and follow the on-screen steps. If you cannot complete the password reset yourself, contact 24/7 live chat. Have your NID or Passport number ready — support will ask for it to confirm ownership before resetting your credentials.
05 Is KYC required before I can make a deposit?
No. You can deposit and start playing immediately after xx789 register without submitting any identity documents. KYC is only required before your very first withdrawal. That gives you time to play and see how the platform works before going through the document check. The review takes up to 6 hours once you submit your documents.
06 Can I register and play on my Android phone instead of a browser?
Yes. The xx789 app (v3.2.5, free, 45 MB, Android 6.0+) supports full account registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. Download the APK from the official App page — it is not listed on the Google Play Store. Installation takes about 2 minutes, and the app offers a faster, more stable experience than a mobile browser on a weak data connection.
