xx789 Teen Patti Guide
Read this guide and you will know every hand rank, how each betting round works, when to go blind, and how to pick the right table at xx789 — all in one place, so you can sit down and play with confidence.
What is Teen Patti?
Teen Patti is a three-card comparing game played with a standard 52-card deck. Each player receives three face-down cards. You bet against the dealer — not against other players — so the goal is simple: hold a higher-ranked hand than the dealer's hand, or make the dealer fold.
The game is popular across South Asia, and at xx789 you can play it in two formats: a live dealer table streamed in real time from a studio, or a faster RNG (random number generator) version where results are instant. Both use the same hand rankings.
Minimum bet: Tables at xx789 start from ৳10. You can bet up to ৳50,000 per round on Teen Patti. Deposit with bKash or Nagad and the money lands in your account in about 4 minutes.
Card Hand Rankings
Hands are ranked from strongest to weakest. A higher rank always beats a lower one. Within the same rank, the higher individual card values win. Ace counts as the highest card; 2 is the lowest.
| Hand Name | Description | Example | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trail (Three of a Kind) | Three cards of the same rank | A♠ A♥ A♦ |
| 2 | Pure Sequence (Straight Flush) | Three consecutive cards, same suit | J♣ Q♣ K♣ |
| 3 | Sequence (Straight) | Three consecutive cards, mixed suits | 7♠ 8♦ 9♥ |
| 4 | Flush (Color) | Three cards, same suit, not consecutive | 2♥ 7♥ K♥ |
| 5 | Pair | Two cards of the same rank | 9♠ 9♦ 4♣ |
| 6 | High Card | None of the above — top card decides | A♠ 6♦ 2♣ |
Tie-breaker rule: If two players hold the same hand type, the player with the higher top card wins. Two identical Flushes compare the highest card first, then second, then third. An identical Trail of Aces beats any other Trail.
How a Betting Round Works
Each round starts with an ante — a mandatory stake placed before cards are dealt. After that, players take turns deciding whether to bet or fold. Here is the full flow:
Blind Player vs. Seen Player
After you receive your three cards, you can choose to look at them (Seen) or keep them face-down (Blind). Playing blind has one benefit: your mandatory bet is half the amount a Seen player must put in. The risk is that you do not know your hand strength.
| Player Type | Minimum Bet | Can Request Show? | When to Use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blind | = current stake | No (only Seen can) | Early pressure, pot building |
| Seen | 2× current stake | Yes (pay 2× stake) | When you have a strong hand |
The Show (Showdown)
A Show happens when only two players remain. One player pays to reveal both hands. The higher hand wins the pot. If you are Seen and your opponent is Blind, they can refuse the Show — meaning you cannot force a reveal.
Sideshow (Compromise)
A Seen player can ask the previous Seen player for a Sideshow. The two compare cards privately. The weaker hand must fold. The other Seen player can decline — they are not obligated to agree.
Fold early if unsure. Once you have looked at your cards (Seen), your minimum bet doubles. If your hand is a High Card with a low top value, folding before the pot grows is often cheaper than calling every round.
Live Dealer vs. RNG Version — Which One?
xx789 offers both formats under the Teen Patti lobby. They share the same rules but feel very different to play. Here is a straight comparison:
| Feature | Live Dealer | RNG (Electronic) |
|---|---|---|
| Dealing Speed | ~60–90 sec per round | ~10–15 sec per round |
| Real Human Dealer | Yes, studio-streamed | No (algorithm) |
| Side Bet Options | More variety (Pair+, 6-card) | Basic only |
| Min Bet at xx789 | ৳10 | ৳10 |
| Max Bet at xx789 | ৳50,000 | ৳50,000 |

| Best For | Social feel, bigger sessions | Quick rounds, practice |
| Provider at xx789 | Habanero | Habanero |

Beginner Tips Before You Bet
Start Blind on small pots
When the pot is small and you have no read on the table, staying Blind keeps your mandatory bet at the base stake. You save chips and stay in the game longer. Switch to Seen once you are down to three players or fewer.
Know when to fold a Pair
A Pair is the second-lowest hand. If the pot has grown large and another player is raising aggressively as Seen, they likely hold a Sequence or higher. Folding a Pair of 3s early costs less than calling two more rounds.
Watch your wagering on the bonus
The xx789 welcome bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement. Teen Patti bets count toward this. If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,250 bonus, you need to wager a total of ৳22,500 before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. Keep your bets steady rather than chasing with large stakes to clear it faster.
Use the 24/7 live chat if the rules confuse you
xx789 support is available around the clock. If a side bet option you see on the live table is not covered here — such as a Pair+ or Bonus bet — ask the support team before placing it. Side bets carry different RTP values.
Set a session limit. Teen Patti rounds are fast, especially in RNG mode. Decide a fixed amount you are comfortable losing before you start. When you hit that limit, stop. The game will still be here tomorrow.
Withdrawing your winnings
Once you have met the wagering requirement, withdrawals from xx789 process in about 29 minutes on average. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,400. You can withdraw up to ৳1,25,000 per day. Complete your KYC (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence) before your first withdrawal to avoid delays — KYC review takes up to 6 hours.
